Cancelling an Order
You may cancel any India Aquaponics E-Store order, except special orders. We start executing orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
If you cancel the order after we have shipped it, we will refund the price of the non-special order product only. Also the charges such as 5% processing charges, actual shipping fees (including actual initial shipping fees, return shipping fees and additional carrier charges and taxes as applicable) shall be borne by customer .
- Special Orders – Fiber Glass Gro-Beds/ Tanks and other fiber glass related products etc with or without color
How do I return an item?
In order to receive a refund of your India Aquaponics E-Store purchase, the item(s) must …
- Be unused and must be in its original packaging (including sealed internal packing if any).
- Include all part/s, original invoice and freight document/s, instructions, etc.
- Be informed via e-mail within 2 days from the date received.
- Arrive well-packaged and undamaged. We shall not be held responsible for damaged shipments that arrive to us due to mishandling or poor packaging.
We are unable to process refunds/exchanges on any returned item that does not fit above mentioned requirements.
- Shipping charges are not refundable and have to borne by the Customer. Orders processed with/without freight will be charged for actual shipping expenses and are not subject to return credit.
- Refund will only be given after we have received the returned item in original, undamaged condition.
- Processing time will be around 4 weeks from the date of material received and accepted for return as per requirements. India Aquaponics E-Store cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.

We ensure that your product reaches you safely but in case your India Aquaponics E-Store shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and do send us e-mail along with pictures. We will do everything to get a replacement sent as soon as possible.
In case of damaged merchandise is reported a damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Carrier may choose to pick up both the damaged item(s) and packaging material for inspection, we request your cooperation and support. It may also be requested to hold on to these items before carrier can come and collect from you. Please request if you need insurance cover to protect your product during transit.
NOTE: All shipping damages must be reported to India Aquaponics E-Store within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
All consumable items are not part of defective merchandise. As every manufacturer has a different policy regarding defective merchandise, we will take your defective product and ship out a replacement. In either event we will work with you to insure that your defective item(s) is replaced as quickly as possible. Products such as air/water pumps etc. are not covered under the replacement.
